Me and Victor

At Bradford Animation Festival, Ian McKinnon and Pete Saunders (of THE McKinnon and Saunders) were outside having their photos taken with the ORIGINAL puppets of Victor Frankenstein, Mr Fox and Victor from Corpse Bride. They were at the festival to give a talk and to receive an award for life time achievements. I went up to talk and ask for a photo of them...and then Pete Saunders gave me the Victor puppet to hold!!!! 

Do you know what came out of my mouth when I talked to them:

"I share the same name as the Corpse Bride."

I now know what happens when I go into fangirl mode...don't worry, I said other things too.

For those of you who don't know who the legends that are McKinnon and Saunders are, they made the puppets for films such as Corpse Bride, Frankenweenie and Fantastic Mr Fox, as well as Bob the Builder and numerous other things. Check them out!
